In 2020, I found myself searching — for clarity, for purpose, and for something that felt authentically mine. During a season of personal struggle and uncertainty, I was craving creativity, passion, and a deeper sense of self.

What began as a simple hobby quickly became something far more meaningful. Candle making offered a grounding ritual — a way to slow down, create with intention, and rediscover light during a time that felt dim.

What started as a quiet outlet soon blossomed into something I couldn’t imagine walking away from.

As someone deeply drawn to the moon’s quiet power and the beauty within darkness, it felt only natural to build a brand that reflects that energy — mysterious, intentional, and a little bit magical.

And so, The Dark Moon Apothecary was born.
